Helpdesk Access


Non-contracted clients have voice or email access to the ECI Helpdesk on a pay-per-event fee schedule.

This service provides:
  Best effort response time to emergency or non-emergency service requests.
  Real-time business hours support.
  Remote diagnostic assessment and problem resolution. *

* Requires internet connection to the telephone system.


On-Site Service


On-Site service is available for emergency or routine service calls. Current ECI technical service fees apply.
