JULY 6, 2010 - ECI is pleased to announce the official launch of the all-new Customer Portal!

Built as a tool to improve overall visibility and stay connected with our customers, this new web-feature offers access to real-time information and account status. After logging on to the Portal using a unique username and password, ECI's Platinum Customer base* is now able to:

  • View past and active service orders
  • Look through past and outstanding invoices
  • Update account contact information that may be out-of-date
