What are good referrals?
Good referrals for ECI often fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Companies with 15 to 500 employees
- Companies moving or expanding
- Outdated or unreliable equipment
- Companies implementing or expanding or upgrading a Contact Centre
- Companies looking for a reliable service organization
- Contact information of IT or decision maker

How does the program work?
Step 1
Visit the Referral Form Page and fill in a few simple fields in a webform that lets us identify you and the person that you are referring to ECI. Our database stores the information and logs that referral under your name for ECI rewards credit if a system sale occurs. ECI quickly compares the information with our own database to ensure that we are not already working with the client or that someone else has not already made the referral.
Step 2
The ECI sales process begins, a thorough review of their immediate and growth needs is completed and a professional proposal for equipment and services to meet or exceed those needs is presented.
Step 3
If ECI is successful in completing the sale, you are eligible of ECI Rewards that can be redeemed as gift cards for Home Depot, Future Shop or Travelocity.
